Taiwan’s leader election is approaching. On the afternoon of December 2nd, Zhu Lilun, chairman of the Chinese Kuomintang and

candidate for 2016, put forward major proposals in the KMT regular meeting. He declared that after he was elected in 2016, Taiwan’s

“Legislative Yuan” will re-exercise the “Ge Ku” consent. At the same time, Zhu Lilun also emphasized that the “Ge Ku” (ie, the head

of Taiwan’s administrative department) will be given stronger power through a vote of confidence, and he hopes that the DPP will also

follow suit so that a system that matches power and responsibility can be established.

    According to a report by the Hong Kong "China Review Service" on December 2, there are less than 50 days left before the 

polling day of the “General Election” in Taiwan on January 6, 2016. Zhu Lilun’s campaign schedule has become more and more compact.

    At the Central Standing Committee, Zhu Lilun stated that the right to consent to the "Constitution of the Republic of China" 

was abolished during the leadership of the 1997 leader. Zhu Lilun declared that even if there is no legal basis, he agreed to grant

the “Legislative Yuan” and “Ge Ku” the right to consent and throw the ball to his opponent.

    Zhu Lilun said at the Central Standing Committee that for a long time, Taiwan’s political operation has encountered 

bottlenecks and must be carried out simultaneously through constitutional reforms and “parliament” reforms. The “parliament” reforms,

and the “Legislative Yuan” party group has drafted related bills. At present, Wang Jinping and all party “legislators” are working

hard to promote the reform of the “Parliament”, hoping that in the future, the “Parliament” will be more efficient, negotiate more

transparent, the speaker will be neutral, and the “Parliament” will be more rigorous in supporting reforms.

    Zhu Lilun also pointed out that "constitutional reform" should not be delayed because of elections. The constitutional reform 

proposed by the Kuomintang is different from the political movement and political mobilization proposed by the DPP in the past. The

Kuomintang hopes that “constitutional reform” is consistent with power and responsibility, and is not political. Operational tools,
